Haven't record my weight in awhile... committed myself to counting macros this year. I can already feel a difference. I love food and I really want to make the change. It is my relationship with food I want to change and changing my macros to things I enjoy is making me feel much better about this new chapter. Giving myself a month before my weigh. Wish me luck!
