Been on induction for a week, I thought I was loosing weight but I've actually just stayed the same. I also look noticeably bloated, my hips hang over my jeans where they never used to, probably because of all the food we've been consuming that I'm not used to?

I'm not terribly fond of this diet so far. I dislike all the foods, feel heavy and weighed down after eating. I feel like I need to go on a cleanse and insist that my arteries are becoming more clogged with every drop of heavy whipping cream that gets into my system!

I maintain that bacon is bad for me and just want to go back to eating fruit and whole grains!!!

I'm sticking with it regardless, I want to be there to support my husband who is dieting with me but I can't help but to feel that I'm wishing my life away as I wish that we could just fly past the next few months!
