Everything as expected. I didn't sleep very well today so this is even better than expected since, usually, when I sleep less than 8 hours, more or less, I not only don't lose weight but even gain, so this is actually great :)
I haven't been able to show the commitment to take calorie logging to the end of the days but I'm trying to be careful to check the "some of that I ate" option so I don't fool anyone into thinking I'm actually restricting calories or suffering right now, which I'm not. Aerobic exercise has been a constant, every day, very light, 30 minutes. Weight training should probably be repeated tomorrow (I think the recovery from last session should be done by now).
