Okay so I went off the rails a little for December but if you can’t do it then when can you 🤷🏼‍♀️

Over the year I did lose 8.4lbs though and I’d say after the rollercoaster in every which way that’s pretty good.

New goals for 2021:
to continue with my vegan journey
to continue my lunchtime walks and extra long Sunday Strolls and beat 2020s average daily step count
to organise some litter picks (not just join in)
to finish my books (and start and finish others that are on the shelf
to get back to my healthy weight (16.6lbs to go)
to log my foods on here and support others 💚💚
65.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.8 kg.    남은양: 11.6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
