Well, I did it, I joined WW on Tuesday, but I did weigh in at my TOPS meeting tonight. That is probably the weight record I will keep. I was actually pleased with the leader of the WW meeting. I found her to be quite outgoing and that was new for me. So far, I am very interested in this new points plus program. I am kind of a detail person, so the points fit me and I like the points calculator. Although I may still need to keep a written food diary, to see if I am eating all the veggies and fruit which are mostly freee food on this points plus program. So, I am motivated and I think I got that kick in the butt I needed. I will be traveling for a couple of weeks in January and in February and I will find a WW meeting to attend. And since I will be visiting my children, I can do all the cooking if I want to. I usually do, to give them a break and I like doing stuff for all of them. Now, how do I start that exercise program? I suppose, like anything else, one step at a time. Chair exercises, here I come. Take care all,
