I decided to do the Biggest Loser Yoga dvd and I'm glad I did. I feel much better. I feel more relaxed. The dvd does work you out, but I didn't break a sweat. It says to do it along with the Biggest Loser Boot Camp dvd. I might try that every other day starting tomorrow. I want to try and work out at least 1 1/2 hours every day. I'd like to do 2 hours a day, but I'll start with 1 1/2. I'm going to log my dinner and then go take a shower, watch today's episode of the Biggest Loser and then fall asleep. I have 1.1 lbs to lose by the end of tomorrow.

My SIL bought BL Boot Camp and really likes it. Says similar moves as 30 Day Shred. I went to Sam's today and bought it. They had the Yoga there too. Neither of us have tried it, but though it my help on those days we are super stressed! I am headed to do my 30 Day Shred once the boys are in bed. I overslept this morning :( I thought about doing the Boot camp in the morning and then Jillian later in the afternoon. I don't want to get way from 30 Day Shred for this month, but also want to include other stuff along the way.
