I decided to do the Biggest Loser Yoga dvd and I'm glad I did. I feel much better. I feel more relaxed. The dvd does work you out, but I didn't break a sweat. It says to do it along with the Biggest Loser Boot Camp dvd. I might try that every other day starting tomorrow. I want to try and work out at least 1 1/2 hours every day. I'd like to do 2 hours a day, but I'll start with 1 1/2. I'm going to log my dinner and then go take a shower, watch today's episode of the Biggest Loser and then fall asleep. I have 1.1 lbs to lose by the end of tomorrow.
