It’s been hard focusing on my diet and exercise and taking care of myself with a lot of big emotional stuff going on. My husband is very unhappy in our marriage and I’ve been struggling with major depression and anxiety because of the situation. I’m talking to my therapist and trying to stay positive. Shit’s hard!
