Ramping up my calories adding corn, I expect to gain 1 more kg but at least my metabolism should be firing on all cylinders, getting ready for the next round of rapid weight-loss, right now I am nursing my body, will be taking things easy at the gym performing workouts back to front and getting overall health up.
