So shark week had been a lot.. Seriously I could not IF because I was hungry during my normal fasting hours. However on the upside, I am not eating as recklessly or even craving unhealthy food as often.

In the battle between PMS cravings and Eating Healthy..The healthy stuff has won. I see the difference in my body and dare I say it 😅 my love handles are inches from being no more💃

I mean there were days were I was bloated and felt like a balloon even through my various workouts and Chloe ting making me sweat bucket loads but I kept and am still telling myself consistency is key.

I've lost weight before but I wasn't aware it was muscle🙆 and now I'm doing it right🌻.
