Had a great I hr massage today that I needed badly. Feeling a lot more loose. Did not win the 6 week challenge but I was happy with the result, I guess the next time I will have to bring my A Game. I am now changing up my diet, introducing apples, nectarines, rasberries black berries and other natural items. Will see how I go
