Had a great I hr massage today that I needed badly. Feeling a lot more loose. Did not win the 6 week challenge but I was happy with the result, I guess the next time I will have to bring my A Game. I am now changing up my diet, introducing apples, nectarines, rasberries black berries and other natural items. Will see how I go

I'm envious of your massage! Last year, I treated myself to a 1-year plan, and I loved getting the monthly massages. Way too cost prohibitive for me to indulge this year, but maybe I'll splurge for one or two along the way. Glad you w2ere able to enjoy your massage and that you felt better afterward.

Was definitely worth it, and I was lucky my healthcare covered the full cost which was $115 but to get full cost covered I think they have to be a physio or something of that nature.
