Lesson Learned
Never try a fast day on a long weekend & wine really,
really is a complete waste of calories no matter how good
it may be at the time:( Had major cravings but thankfully have littlemto
binge on. never again. got away with a small gain when it
could have been much worse. Will try the 2 day a week fast but def not on a weekend
- let alone a long one! Was bound to have a bad week so just
gonna accept it & move on...after a cupcake - might as wellmenjoy a treat. ..
