waist measurement over navel: 79.8 cm (sort of)
I finally weight trained yesterday. I have been consistently aerobically exercising every day. For some time, I have been eating whenever I'm hungry but stopping when I'm sated. I find that it's difficult to eat a full meal when I'm out now. I get all bloated and queasy. Yesterday I found myself leaving 1/3 of the food on the plate. I think the thing that's really making the difference is the aerobic exercise.
