Was hoping to have lost more weight but generally happy with how I am going. Ketones at 1.8mmol/L. I think I am going to have to embrace regular HIIT as part of my cardio regime if I want to add spice to my weight-loss. I am finding that there are 2 aspects that have to recover after exercise with controlled calories, first is the body second is the mind which I need to work on. Flying up to Rocky for my brothers birthday this weekend, so I will need to make sure I do not cheat which is difficult, so planning beforehand. My options are to enjoy the dinner then hit the gym for 2 hrs after or eat protein only have plenty of water or hit massive gym sessions beforehand and eat to recover at the dinner. Anyway hopefully I do not botch this up.
