Must admit, yesterday was a hectic day. Studying fron 5 AM to 9 AM, writing exam from 9.30 AM to 2 PM and had an intense workout at 3 PM. My calories were much less than usual, probably a 1000 max.. Feel very tired today. But still motivated! Have a happy Friday 🎉
