Okay...What the crap is the deal??? I have gained 1.9 pounds this week? Besides the weekend, I have not cheated at all. It is about to be my "time of the month", so maybe that is water weight!!! What a drag!

I never lose anything for anwhere from 2-4 days before my period. Its a HUGE drag ! usually its water retention though and goes away afterwards. :)

i wouldn't sweat it - i always gain a pound or two right before my period - it usually goes away by the end of the week. it's probably water. you're doing great, so don't be discouraged!

yes, i too was shocked when my weight jumped too and i hadn't been cheating either. but within a couple days it went back down. don't worry, just stick with it and it goes back down :D

You say "besides the weekend" but perhaps you cheated enough for the whole week this weekend? I am not saying this to be mean but I know that I have done that myself. It happens to the best of us.I have let myself go on the weekend and slowed down my progress for the week. It could very well just be water weight from your period. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just stick with it and remember that you are doing this for long term weight loss , not a quick fix, good luck!
