Hit 10,000 steps Monday, Tuesday and I will ABSOLUTELY make it happen today. I'm VERY sore in my thighs and I added workout routines Monday and Tuesday morning ... today deep stretches to help my tight muscles. Any mindful physical activity is staying on track.
