Feeling a little dispondent today and hungry. I need to go to the shop just now and am worried I might scoff everything in site lol. I really need to loose this weight by January, I am planning on taking my son on holiday to Cape Town in Febuary and want to look good for that and then there is the fact that I plan to leave for the UK straight after that. I need to loose the weight so when I get there I can start looking for a job and with my self esteem the way it is right now.........I dont think anyone in their right mine would hire me.

Ja it is tough i am actually at a point where i feel so g@tvol that i could scream, But you will be ok.....we all have our slumps, doesnt matter how hard you fall is the ability to get back right up again.....This has been the toughest thing for me ...giving up cigarettes was way easier i could do that everyday lol........Strength for the day....tomorrow will be better

Thank you, hope it is going better for you too. I am trying very hard to only weigh once a week now, so I dont get discouraged by the every day fluctuations.
