Better day food wise. I did a little snacking, but I caught myself when I started reaching for more.
Yesterday was a squat break and that was a good thing! My hips are sore and walking the dogs last night didnt help because one pulls a little too much. I had to stop at the park and stretch before I could make it back home. Luckily it was a crappy day and no one was there to see me. 😁😂
Today I have 150 Squats to do and I brought my workout clothes for the gym. I was running late this morning and ended up grabbing a bunch of random crap to eat so now that I have time to sit and look at it, Ill see what I can make happen.
