At least it wasn't a gain. This past week I took my nursing boards (and passed!), had a death in the family and funeral saturday, and had wii bowling league saturday night (with many drinks and food involved). I made it to the first 5lb mark, but only lost 0.4 this week...when I had been doing 2.4/week. Oh well...it will hopefully motivate me even more this week!
