I've been complaining for weeks about eating poorly... the numbers are just backing it up. No worries. I'm home again, back on track, and more motivated than ever to stay with the program. I joined the gym, getting ready to start a new routine - this is going to be great.

It amazes me how the general population eats like crap. It's like there is some sort of stigma that when you eat a salad for a meal, you're on a diet. Shouldn't that BE our diet? Shouldn't we have routines that keep us healthy, rather than the norm be a fast food restaurant? It seems that everywhere I turn there are 3 fatty/sugary options to 1 healthy option. Healthy eaters are definitely outnumbered.
