Bounce up, bounce down. Up right before surgery, then down, now creaping back up again. Have to get a handle on it. I am getting married in 9 months and at this point I do not want to have photos taken. Or taken, but not to share with ANYONE. Decided to not wait for New Year to start working out again, and have the treatmill out and ran a bit yesterday and last week. It feels good, not sure why I am so lazy when I don't "feel" like it. Had dinner for lunch, so pretty much done eating for the day. Feeling fat. Which, I suppose, is a good thing since I AM fat. Helps with the motivation to get moving, but also proves a good excuse to lay low and veg out in front of the TV. Will work on TV addiction. :)
