Guess what has happened? During the past week i ignored all of my diet rules! And this is the result 🤪. I was tired of all my rules. I know there is a 10 kg weigh between me and my optimum weigh. And again i know i could once reach my 🎯 target. So i can do it again. Let's just see what will happen in the next Friday! Tile then I wish you the bests and do not forget to wear face masks 😷.

Counting calories is for life if you don’t want to yo-yo there’s the proof same happened to me about a year ago but won’t make that mistake again I thought I could stop and stay the same weight but I was wrong

Agreed @razor123ray hard fact to swallow (literally lol) but I shot back up after trying to do it without thinking and all my hard work got wasted. The cliche it’s a lifestyle change is so true 😑
