I haven't really gained any weight. In fact I think I have lost a few. I am now in Weight Watchers, and weighing myself at a different time, as I don't see the point in doing it twice. I just weigh (literally) about five or six pounds more at the end of the day, when WW weigh-in is, as I do at the very beginning, which is when I was weighing myself. I did lose 4.8 pounds the first week! So pretty sure I am up to over 50 lost! :)

i think thats great could you give me some good ideals for breakfast and lunch for points it says iget 26 points a day thankyou dollypat
