a day from hell toward the end . barely had time to eat so in the spirit of the twinkle diet, I had bagel poppers for dinner because there were some at work.I do not have any nutritional info yet, not that they have nutrition, but I entered them as donut holes, and

started with a gyne appt. which left me with cramps and a sore back.
took the car in for new tires after just putting new tires on two years ago. $720 w/ alignment.
then work was non stop until 5:30 and I left with fed ex packages to drop off christmas cards to stuff.
then went to pick up car. before getting gabriela to her concert and they took over 30 mins to give me my car due to a computer failure and they never apologized. plus they left me with almost no gas in the car and it wasn't on empty when I took it in.

if bill & monica hadn't helped I'd never have made it. thank God for best friends And Audrey's parents picked up Gabriela for me so I was able to get gas instead of driving on empty

relaxed some during the concert after a few tears.

positive side weigh in at 158.0 this morning and also this evening which is unheard of for me. officially 10 lbs lost on my fat secret weight.
