Anybody on here ever tried the Dr Cohen diet... I met 4 people that had amazing results, and im seriously thinking of trying it?

My friend did it when we were in school. She always struggled with her weight. She lost so much weight but eventually had to stop because she became really unhealthy and had to get her galbladder removed. Could have been because she lost a lot of weight so quickly or her age I guess. It is VERY intense but no questioning the results! Think there are healthier options.

There's a cohens group that's not affiliated to cohen.. Its a wats app support group. Can send you the link if you want. I did cohens twice for around 10 weeks but always regained thereafter... Its so strict with absolutely no flexibility and total calories you eating are around 650 per day. Since last year october, I just started doing my own thing and thankfully even with tons of cheat days and the odd two week off from watching calories like when I go on holiday etc, I have still managed to maintain my losses... Still have about 3 kgs to go... But i havent been stressing... From 67 to 55-57 currently... Goal is around 50-52 kg. Just got back from a 2 week holiday and diet holiday and started to drop the water weight I gained. Weighed in at 61.3 on Monday morning and down to 57.8 today..
