Happy I'm still going in the right direction love😍 blue arrows so close to my goal weight yet so far 😒. It's coming off much slower I was loosing 3lbs every 2 wks now less then 2 lbs but I have changed my diet a little allowing myself more sugar and carbs since I don't get anymore sugar spikes no bueno going back to strict Keto. My goal is to hit my goal weight by Dec. 24th 2020 I got this💪determined to loose 100lb in total.Finally feeling better 100% my hard work has paid off.
75.4 kg 지금까지 감소한: 37.1 kg.    남은양: 8.3 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Awesome, slow and steady this way it’s a life style... Sugar and carbs are necessary, in moderation of course.

It's pretty common for weight loss to slow down as we near our goal. My last ten pounds were murder. Keep going, nice drop!!!

john why is this though how can I speed things up again without starving I'm already at 1,200 calories a day one thing I've added is more activity same calories. at work started taking the stairs no more elevator.

2 lbs per week is still pretty rapid. I only averaged 1 lb per week and it was steady for 40 weeks. Keep the faith, follow the process and be patient. Difficult? Yes, but you'll be rewarded for staying the course. 👍👍

Sk.17 that's what I meant 1lb per wk but I weight myself biweekly so it adds up to 2lbs. Its been 26 weeks for me I have 15 more weeks to reach 40 wks as well which is about what I'm estimating it's going to take me to reach my target.

Acomandr, 🤣🤣🤣🐢🐢🐢 good one. It's hard to stay the course when your're not seeing reaults you believe you're doing something wrong and quickly become irritable and cranky😑😑

It's always harder the closer you get to your goal! But you can do it!!!!

I always say practice makes permanent, not perfect, which is unattainable n unrealistic. Cranky, disappointed, fluctuation, frustrated, irritable, plateaus, etc. will happen bc it's normal. Be mindful n keep practicing n you'll get to goal before u know it😊
