Extended fast. Remember consistency is key. I thought I had stopped losing with plan after not losing last week. Stuck with plan. Start of week looked terrible, and suddenly I lost weight again and hit new low! I avoided calorie counting for so long, trying low carb, whole 30, etc. I had no idea what I was missing, since now I can eat so much more variety and not get bored. And counting is so much less work than I thought.
