So close to getting out of the 140’s. Chilly outside causing me to look for comfort food. Missed my virtual class today and nothing for tomorrow!!! So stressed due to too many decisions. Move or not to move. Was going to remodel of kitchen then my son been trying to convince me to move over to next town. He found a nice place but kinda like where I live - make up my mind to stay but I have 3 floors - he’s concerned about stairs as I get older. He found a nice ranch Don’t handle change well. Know he’s right but this decision is causing me sooo much stress. Between this decision and it getting colder outside which I don’t handle well even though I’m a skier and snowmobile rider go figure My other children are mute on these decisions. Hopefully today I don’t take all this out by stress eating. Attempting to distract myself with some fall house cleaning
