Just some notes: for when you want to cheat a bit

When you have a McDonald's craving or if you want to treat yourself, go ahead, but skip the fries. The burgers actually have much less calories than you te realize but even the small chips have more calories than the burgers. If you have just a burger, you should still be within your calorie budget for the day.

If you're craving chocolate, the Cadbury dipped flake is one of the best options as it is satisfying as a snack and has fewer calories. Another good option is a Nosh chocolate bar.
