Well... how about that... a shopping trip today and a hasty lunch at Tim Hortons... my Tims favourites added up to 900 calories! I guess I should've expected that. My half decaf/half hot chocolate, bagel with 1/2 cream cheese, and oooh... it is pumpkin spic muffin season! 900 calories... I guess that leaves me with a salad and protein for supper according to my calculations/RDI. That's ok - it is not every day, or even every week.
