Apparently I haven't gotten anywhere with my weight. Hoping once the move is over I will get busy and start focusing on it. It doesn't help that DH keeps making all fried foods or buys me cinnamon rolls and gets upset when I don't eat them. "Hard to please", yet every time we get into a fight about our habits he throws it in my face I'm not a size 5. Deal with that Karen...

You need to sit down with him and have a talk. This isn't just about losing weight. It's also about living a long healthy quality driven life. As you age, the added weight becomes more taxing on your heart and can cause all kinds of problems. I would emphasize the importance of getting healthy and making lifestyle changes. Some spouses have problems with their significant other losing weight because they think their partner may leave them when they are skinny. If he is not willing to change or help, you need to take control and get healthy for yourself. Good luck!

I am in the same boat..try really hard not to stress with the move, stress = eating!! Do not let your DH have that power over you to make u feel anything about your eating. This is your thing.. at ur own pace!!
