Few weird things that have happened lately:
1. My shoulder issue has gotten worse. To the point where I was in tears on Friday and went to Prompt Care. Apparently I had a major muscle spasm. I got a massage on Saturday and honestly, Ive been feeling like I was hit by a bus. It still hurts but not as bad, but now I can feel my original issue.
2. Ive been eating like an asshole. I let self-pity take over and I just did whatever I wanted. Or even what I didnt want.
3. I literally had a dream last night about a couple of people here on FS, which I think might by my self conscious telling me to get my shit together.
So idk, Id like to say Im on the right track but I keep thinking that and then... Im freaking out a little about how much weight Ive gained this year. I just need to start moving forward.
