Well a weekend away, staying with family. It was great! Sideline of too much sodium - indulging in peach pie and strawberry/rhubarb, plus bbq. The fluid retention from the sodium has subsided but still leaving me with 4lb weight gain so far. Back to it girl! pick yourself up and get back on track.
