We start the ⬇️⬇️ Challenge after we eat one rib today... or maybe two, no barbecue sauce because of the carbs. 😋. That 8 ounce could be hair. I got braids and gained weight. I took them out and lost... that is just crazy 😜. Lol

If you are lifting weights- it's always going to be up and down. It takes a minute to adjust to seeing the scale not necessarily seeming to correlate with your hard work but as you see your body changing and the inches falling off, you'll care less about the number. Carbs can fuel a great lift session!

Thanks because I did forget about the muscle factor even though I don’t lift weights it’s the carrying loads of laundry 2 flights of stairs and moving boxes and furniture lately

Guuurrrrll, that’s nothing. I can “gain” 2-4lb eating one meal and lose the same “gain” overnight.
