Got the drop! Happy! Since I’m doing KETO to give myself a quick jumpstart, I’m weighing daily. Once I lose a chunk I’ll be switching to a slower paced weight loss with a more carb friendly way of eating by adding some denser veggies and some seasonal fruits and whole grains. For now ... this is working! Good thing I like meat, eggs and cheese! Haha
