I am making calories deficit about 30% of my daily natural energy burn and exercise every day. Not eating later than 3 hours before sleep. No carbs for dinner. My weight loss is very unpredictable and two of six days I even gain weight. How this can be explained? And what to do to make weight loss stable? Maybe make less deficit? Any suggestions
