Been using a different tracker to try to get myself to focus on eating more veggies, but it doesnt keep track of Macros so just checking in to see if Im on track today!

I was very blue last week, and didnt go to the gym or do yoga at all. I told myself that it was OK to take the break, as long as I started back on track this week. Its been ridiculously hot outside, and Ive been toting my mom around to her eye surgeries and follow ups, so I havent been outside to do yoga, but I did go to the gym last night. Yoga is in the cards this week, I just have to figure out when.

Going to the gym tonight, and if I dont die from the heat, then Im meeting my old co-workers (we all got laid off due to CoVid- luckily it was my p/t) for dinner.
