I noticed something amazing this morning. I ate cheeseburger, fries, and shake yesterday (back to school dinner for my children) and didn't have an ounce of heartburn. This is after quiting my medicine over a month ago! Wow. I knew weight was a contributing factor, but if I had known I could fix it in a month of counting calories, I would have done it forever ago. Amazing. Also just realized I haven't lost my voice in weeks, which used to be a regular thing. I am committed for life now.

@barbarafarley - I was exactly the same way. Literally, empty stomach, drink water, heartburn. But I haven't had it for a couple of weeks now, and I have only lost about 16 pounds.
