Trying to figure out what works for me. Glucose this morning was 103! Hitting the gym but going easy on weights, its been helping my shoulder, but Im still not satisfied with my progress. I woke up this morning and I hade been laying on my side, it hasnt felt right all day.
I got tested today because my kid has been so paranoid about it. She and I waited about 45 mins and will know in a few days. Ive actually been pretty tired this week, but Ive also been kinda stressed out. I guess well see!
