my weight had increased to almost 76kg after my birthday week away with lots of lovely food and drink. I have managed to lose this plus a little bit more but am a long way off where i wanted to be. I'm going away next week and am not feeling confident wearing shorts (let alone a bikini!!) in front of my friends - they are fitness freaks so you can imagine how they look. Just cross with myself that I haven't been more strict with myself.
The bottom line is, I still need to lose weight so onwards and upwards.
