want to start the 5:2 diet. Think I might starting on Monday. Going to be tough but I have to be at 133 or I hate myself and feel gross. I do amazing during the day but then at night I binge. I have a whole days worth of calories in an hour. I have to learn to stop.

I think you will like it a lot. The 2 days of partial fast are not consecutive, so it's not that bad. The whole time you deprive yourself you can remember that the next day you can have whatever you want without portion control or counting. It's worth it. Every other diet you can never slack off. Anyway good luck and if you want to look at my 500 calorie days feel free (Monday and Wednesday)Sometimes when I feel the need to binge I just sit down with a half a head of lettuce and crunch it down like I would an apple to fill the gap - only a few calories and I can sort of work out my need to chew something with no consequences. =) Best of luck!
