Just want to write down the plan. I've been eating a significant amount of carbs at each meal, I want to get that back down. I'll try to limit my starches to one serving a day, and make the rest mostly fat and protein. had a sandwich today, and nearly passed out, that's not good. so, here's the plan: fast daily from 8pm to noon the next day (strict 0 cal); less than 100g carbs daily, and try to make lunch bigger than dinner in terms of size. also, something has been causing some kind of inflammation (I can tell by my skin), so keep grains and sugar to a minimum or zero.
