Yesterday was rough. We had some disappointments and I was definitely stress eating. I thought I was doing OK but but obviously not.
I didnt want to go to the gym last night. Ive been so tired lately but I was so stressed out and anxious I figured it was probably in my best interest to go. Plus, I dont know how long it will stay open so... I went. I also talked to my trainers and told them I needed to start modifying for my shoulder and they were so good about it. I had an amazing workout and my shoulder feels better today than it has all week. I might break down and see a doctor but Im not sure yet. Im so glad I went!
No gym today but Ill work on getting in steps. Will log and find something satisfying that fits in my WOE for lunch and dinner!
