Well, I was wrong... lol... I must have hit a mini-plateau, because despite a 4-day break by the seaside and saving up extra calories for it beforehand, I have honestly stuck to my calories and exercise 100%. Must have just confused my metabolism.
So, I'm increasing my minimum daily exercise walk by half from today and, still remembering Joan's advice, will be renewing my efforts at accurate weighing and measuring - difficult to estimate accurately away from home - I always write everything down, but I do also notice that when I get properly inebriated, my memory becomes a little hazy the next morning... lol... it's only taken my 50-odd years to work that one out... so I shall endeavour not to get as plastered as I did on holiday very often... ;) ...

p.s. I don't think there'll be much 'eating out to help out' this week... lol... I'd rather help myself get back to losing weight... ;)
