We have a black cat named Blizzard. Zero calories! 👍 

When I first read this I read "Health Blizzard"! haha Did a double-take on that one. 

Cool name for a cat, but shouldn't it be white? I guess that is the joke! 😁 Oddly enough, keyten, it was a stroll. Normally this lady and I can knock out ten miles in 2.5 hours easily, but... We were both wearing flip flops! 😁 Yeah.... Shelly, if only there were such things as "health" blizzards that could taste so good! I'd rather have a Skor bar blizzard, but sadly we aren't in Canada! 😢 

Beautiful place for a stroll! I had a "Freeze" the other day, and it wasn't nearly as good as I had anticipated. Nice to visit with a friend though! 💛 

You deserve a treat after all the hard work you've done. How nice that you got out and enjoyed nature too! I know you love that. 🌲🌳 

Shir, it was nice. There is something so good about that face to face (even masked) connection that was such a blessing! Lonnie, it was refreshing to be on "my trail." I've walked hundreds of miles here quite literally, but I haven't been there for more than four months. I don't think we will go back. Too many people not masked, and my friend has a "vulnerable" hubby. I think I would have enjoyed a Ben and Jerry's treat better, but those contain even more calories and are had to stop eating! 😁  

All of it sounds wonderful! ❤️ 

yep don't deprive yourself enjoy yourself but at the same time be mine for the food we eat I'll try to stay on target

Yes, smooth, I do agree. Thankfully, at goal I have a tiny bit more flexibility than I used to! #One, I won't bother. It would probably taste dreadful!!! 😁  

I have a friend that used to juice everything. Yeah. No thank you.  

Oh yum! You’re talking my language. No fuss needed about this. Enjoyed I hope with NO GUILT! Soooo jealous! I’m on a fast of certain indulgences til Sunday when hubby and I celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary!!😊

Yes, wifey, no guilt this time! Your reserve in eating now will make your celebration extra sweet for your anniversary! I'm excited for you! Tatauu, I've never had snickers, although I was tempted last night. I've very rarely had a blizzard, so I wanted to go with what I KNEW would not disappoint! 😁
