Day #2 on the Wagon! Did everything 100% yesterday. Got in NINE cups of water. Fiber was 26.5g, Net Carbs under 30g (29.01), Fats over 60% (69%), Calories under 2,000 (1,911), recorded every bite of food. My new 100% commitment was rewarded with a 1-1/2 pound drop on the scale this morning, hallelujah! Praising God for His help in keeping me on target yesterday, even though it was a day where I wanted to eat very frequently. Was able to hold off some between "feedings" and stick to only Keto-friendly foods in moderate quantities. I'm still holding off on eliminating the Diet Coke, but am down to two 12-oz CANS a day instead of two LITERS. WOke up at 4am this morning (to go pee for the THIRD time) and got up. Normally, I eat breakfast as soon as I get up, but I just made a cup of tea instead of going straight for the food, so I don't get my eating "schedule" off for the day. Besides, I need to wait until other people in the house get up before I start banging pans in the kitchen! I'm planning to have a great day! My confidence is building. Still getting my sea-legs, though, so not OVER confident.
