Awww, #One! You are a sweatheart! I'm bitter about my line color, but I'm learning to go with the flow a little better. It is all good, and I know it is all part of the process growing strength. 💪😊

I think it’s time fs made us all color blind, in more ways than one!! Did you use your bench? Better workouts equal gain as you know. No big deal. You look so skinny to me. Gorgeous and great. Trash that scale # please!!! 😘😘

Thank you, wifey dear. Yesterday was my run day. I'm lifting today. And, thanks for the prayers for my brother and sis in law with covid. I'm seriously surprise they are doing as well as they are. My brother is 12 years my senior and in really bad shape. He undoubtedly weighs more than 300 pounds. Diabetic for so many years... I hope he fully recovers. He is very weak.
