Late Dentist appt yesterday and we didnt get done early enough for me to make it to the gym, but I did the AMRAP I posted yesterday over lunch with my coworkers. It went pretty well. My shoulder held up ok but rotating motion seems to be what is bothering me the most. Still though, it doesnt hurt.

My weight is up a little today but I had a large dinner last night. All stuff that I would consider "healthy" but probably more than I shouldve had. Heres my big win though - my kid wanted DQ so we went and I got a fudge bar. Ice cream always sounds good to me, but I know that I need to stop having so much of it so it was a good compromise.

No tacos for lunch yesterday which was a bummer but I was running short on time. I ended up nuking a sweet potato and spooning some wild rice mix over the top and it was super good!

Todays goals are:
Lunchtime yoga (trying a different program)
Gym tonight
Clean out car (mental health)
MAYBE mow
