Thinking about food happens at night to a lot of people. Be gentle and patient with yourself. It happens to my Wife and I 3 to 4 times a weeek at bed time, we watch you tube food videos and talk about the foods we will make once we make our goal. 1 to 2 times a week go to bed feeling hungry. It’s hard to make the brain quiet down for food. During the day keeping busy, lots of water. Hydration is key. Hot mint or ginger tea plain helps too to ease stomach. You can do this!
