Last night I decided to just lay down in my bed and watch YouTube music videos because I couldn't stop thinking about food and I wasn't hungry at all. I guess all-in-all it was just one of those kind of days. I feel much better today.
Thank you to everyone for being so supportive and friendly. You really did help!

Thinking about food happens at night to a lot of people. Be gentle and patient with yourself. It happens to my Wife and I 3 to 4 times a weeek at bed time, we watch you tube food videos and talk about the foods we will make once we make our goal. 1 to 2 times a week go to bed feeling hungry. It’s hard to make the brain quiet down for food. During the day keeping busy, lots of water. Hydration is key. Hot mint or ginger tea plain helps too to ease stomach. You can do this! One day at a time 👍😊🌻🌈 stay safe & healthy!

Thank you dama! You have come a long way! I appreciate your words of wisdom! I like to watch YouTube videos too. My goal for July is 310 and I am pretty close!

It is so hard! I try to get all my eating done by 6pm. It was super hard at first but I have to do it because I need rules. If I allow myself "just a little something" then all hell breaks loose because there is no such thing as "just a little something". You'll figure out what works for you and you've done a lot by figuring out that eating is a habit to pass the time even when you aren't hungry.

What a great drop! You did well! Snacking can sure get to me too. I'm in the close the kitchen camp too. It is so much easier to have nothing sometimes than a "little bit."
