Well, not much of a change this week - but at least it's in the downward direction. I knew I was bound to have a week like this again sooner than later :) I think it's just my body playing a joke on me because I want to get under 250 so bad! LOL -- i'm close, but just not close enough :P Oh well, next week is a new week. Still need to work on getting my butt to the gym more often than one day a week. I don't know what my problem is. Well, I know it's lack of motivation in that area -- it's getting hard to get myself out the door, but once i'm there i'm fine. Maybe it's the cold? I dunno. I miss having a workout buddy too. But, those are just excuses...if i'm gonna make my Thanksgiving goal I NEED to get there 3x this week and next week! Here's hoping!
